  1. I was 19 or 20 years old loved everything LV worked at the DI and was names miss Desert Inn.
The people were great loose non violent everything was simple. People were kind dressed proper and a good looking woman was treated great. The food was natural and was not always about eating you did not see fat people in LV. Calif people came on weekends during the week Vegas was comfortable slow and had far less people then on weekends. We used silver dollars and one arm slot machine the world was new to me and Dean Martin did deal black jack. There really was a Las Vegas never to return to these golden days I even have a chapter in my book 50 Woodward Ave. Today it all looks like a nightmare everywhere to me.
