Christie Pits had great hills and of course the royal bumps.
I remember those days! Now you canèt drive into the park it s illegal and the High park Hooligans might jump on your car and call the Police to arrest you. Stay away from High Park and Boycott all business s in the area. High Park Hooligans – photo
used to toboggan at Golf Club Rd. and in Pickering at Sandy Beach Rd.
I also tobboggend on Gulf Club Rd 🙂
In the mid seventies we used to go to the hill at Neilson Park in Etobicoke. It was a good hill for tobogganing but the problem was if you got to the bottom and were going too fast you’d end up in the Etobicoke Creek. Lots of good memories and considering some of the things we did, I’m amazed that one of us didn’t break our neck!
