I spent many Saturdays there. Loved it. It had double features and newsreels. I saw Creatures From the Black Lagoon there! -mostly with my eyes closed!
I went here a lot my cousins live blocks away & my family live pretty close too from about 63.
My brother was a usher there, was fortunate enough to be able to see many movies for free…thanks brother!
My Cousin Paul Lemos and I saw On Her Majestys Secret Service at The Garden. Being huge Sean Connery fans we were absolutely blown away by George Lazenby!!
Took the old San Jose City Line bus to watch many a pic at the Garden around the same time period. Great Memories !!!
