And I believe Beverly house was torn down in order to build that. It was a wonderful early 19th century house almost as old as the Grange.

Worked at Charlton, 1980, sending out coin collector kits and books. Ate at Nikola’s across the street before Fluevog moved in. Lots of cool vintage shops on Queen back then.
The ROM had some storage space at the back of the main floor — full of pickled critters in huge jars.
