A picket fence is in front of the home, and a sidewalk extends along it. A woman is standing on the sidewalk. Behind the home we can see a bridge spanning a gully or river, and behind this, on a hillside, is a large two-story structure with a bell tower, possibly a school. This is not, however, the Nathaniel Crosby House in Tumwater, WA and no other Nathaniel Crosby home is known.
