  1. There was a bar 🍺🍻 right here. My Dad and I’d stop in most Sundays after picking up the Sunday paper at Holden’s. Dad would have a shot 🥃 and a beer 🍺 at the bar and me a Shirley Temple at the table (no kids at the bar). I remember looking at the Budweiser painting of Custer’s Last Stand that hung over the table.

    • Yup! My dad and I went in Saturday mornings after paying some bills and going to Braun’s meat market for the week’s cold cuts. I occupied my time at the shuffleboard.
