Great picture of the old post office/now Art museum and
St. Joseph’s Church.
If the camera would have panned a bit more to the left, we could see the Greyhouse Bus station and the ATT building.
I think that dirt moving equipment might have belonged to the guy who had his yard just immediately south of Saratoga High School, right off of Hwy 9 (Sunnyvale – Saratoga Rd). I think his name was something like Rosario (?). You would never see that in Saratoga these days.
Looks like mid block Almaden between San Fernando and San Carlos
