    • The building you’re asking about is the old City Hall that preceded the one used for that purpose circa 1966 (sometimes called the Old Post Office at 11th and Scarth, which is now the Globe Theatre). In this picture, City Hall (between Hamilton and Rose on 11th) was demolished to make way for Mid Town Center.
