This is 1997. The Hacienda was torn down in 1996 and Mandalay Bay was built on the site. The white Geo Metro parked in the lot is from the early 1990’s.

This cannot be Mandalay Bay, if the date is correct. According to its wiki site, it was built in late 1990’s.
