I have to say, aside from too many condos, most of what I see are improvements. Less ugly industrial, fewer surface parking lots, cleaner. The parks along The Esplanade has aged poorly in places, admittedly.

I definitely agree on a ton of improvements, the too many condos is something that hopefully will see a shift into a different direction as we make better as-of-right planning decisions into the future
Yeah…there are a lot of issues with Toronto no doubt, but it generally has improved. Even the ugly parts like Fort York or City Place are more missed opportunities rather than urban tragedies, considering how the land was used previously.
