  1. Probation outlawed the product and sale of ALL liquor and beer, all of it from 1919 to 1933. Only liquor for medical use was permitted, in very small quantities. Also in this image if the author would have noticed are automobiles from the mid to late 1930s. The two door coupe is an early 1930s Willis, in the background is a split window Ford sedan 1939/1940. So this very easily could be anywhere from late 1938 to sometime during WW2. Again get you facts straight.
