This city was practically razed of all historical buildings. Look at all those beauties that were demolished. It angers me!!!
the Great Toronto Fire was in 1904, this photo is dated 1910….six years after the fire…was the photo dated incorrectly??
the Great fire never reached King and Yonge. Those buildings were demolished not burned.

The building on the right with the Greek Columns is actually on Yonge st. I believe we’re looking north on Yonge from King St.
no. The TD bank would have also been there and it’s not so it’s definitely looking west
they dont make those type of buildings no more.. everythings plastic/glass.. eww!
