Love this place
I used to work at a bakery next door
I think it was close to where San Carlos, Market St and Monterey Hwy met up. There was a 3way stop there. My aunt used to stay there when she came to town..the old autotorium was about a 1\2 block or less away. I think when they tore down the auditorium they re aligned that corner as it might have been a circle type corner. Grew up there from 1945 till 1964.
Such a great hotel in it’s time. Still go there every so often to eat in a restaurant.
As a kid, the lobby was so beautiful. Always wanted to stay there.
