Kate Bush is one of the most successful solo female signers of the late 20th century. She learned to play piano at a very young age, and by her mid-teens, she composed over 200 songs. Kate started her music career with a solo single “Wuthering Heights” in 1978, which topped the charts in the UK. It stayed at number one on the UK Singles Chart for four weeks. She released her first album ” The Kick Inside” at the age of 19. Her original lyrics, theatrical sensuality, literary themes, and fashion styles amused audiences for decades. In 2001, Bush made a rare public appearance to collect a Q Award for Classic Songwriter. She also took a long break of 11 years and released her eighth studio album “Aerial” in 2005. In 2014, she announced her first live concerts, “Before the Dawn.”
