Fabulous Fashion Photography by Sante Forlano from the 1950s and 1960s

Sante Forlano was a famous fashion photographer and portraitist. His work has been published in famous national fashion magazines. From 1946 to 1954, Forlano was the creative director at Christian Dior’s Paris and Rome offices before he returned to the U.S. to open his studio. He also worked for Glamour, Vogue, Seventeen and Red Book magazines. Forlano died of a heart attack at his home, 327 Lexington Ave, at 49.
